This beautiful 19^th C. French Kingwood and marquetry kidney shaped occasional side table features a parquetry design on the top and lower shelf. The ormolu mounts on the side depict a ram’s head mask with a ribbon and acanthus leaf detail below it. The table displays a brass pierced gallery around the top and a band of brass around the bottom shelf with ornate ormolu sabots. This magnificent table would make a fine addition to many different rooms in the home, in a variety of settings, both contemporary or traditional.
