An Edwardian mahogany sewing table, the serpentine-sided top inlaid with an oval of flame mahogany set into a quarter veneer and cross-banding, all strung with boxwood. A compartmented drawer and wool-basket are also in mahogany, the basket lined internally in velvet, on square tapered legs set at a diagonal, terminating with spade feet, the whole decorated with boxwood stringing.
