This burr walnut credenza is Victorian, C.1860. It has beautifull neat proportions set of by delicate boxwood marquetry and restrained ormolu mounts. The curved glass side doors are seperated from the blind central door by engaged columns, the top is butterfly veneered and the whole stands on a plinth base.
