These candelabra are French, and were made in about 1860 in the Louis XVI style.
The little cherubs hold bouquets of roses that take three candles apiece.
These are offered forward of the cherubs, which makes them ideal for mantlepieces, or anywhere that might have a picture frame or a mirror above, as it avoids smoke and heat damage.
The cherubs stand one-legged on drums of marble with floral swags of ormolu.
