ThisEdwardian bureau-cabinet is by the renowned furniture makers, Edwards & Roberts, and was produced in about 1890.
It is veneered throughout in first quality satinwood, crossbanded in mahogany and has exquisite delicate marquetry decoration to the front.
It opens by pulling forward the drawer which raises the rolltop by way of a hidden mechanism.
