French Marquetry Card Table


A French Napoleon III ormolu mounted card table lavishly decorated throughout with marquetry.



This impressive William IV canterbury is in mahogany. The manner of the gadrooning and the over all quality of this piece strongly suggest Gillows of Lancaster as the makers. C.1840.



A Victorian shaped burr walnut covered Canterbury with a "butterfly" veneered top ornamented by two carved walnut handles.
