This wonderful pair of lamp bases are gilded bronze and white marble. Beyond having been adapted for electricity they are in original condition, with their wonderful mercury gilding.

This striking pair of lamp bases dates from C.1870.
The patinated bronze cherubs are Italianate in style and have great movement and sweetness. they sit on white marble bases highlighted in ormolu.

Pop -up Piano-Front Davenport

This Victorian walnut davenport was made C.1860. It has a "piano" front which opens to offer a pull-out writing surface which may be raised as a reading stand.

This Edwardian envelope card table is rosewood, inlaid with boxwood and bone, and was made C.1890.

This side cabinet or commode is English, C.1890. It is made of mahogany with satinwood inlay and has a single central door.

This pretty writing desk is decorated in burr walnut and has a leather surface with an inset fitted cushion stationery box with boxwood marquetry on the lid.
