They are decorated with cherubic bacchanalian scenes, probably the story of the young Bacchus about to enter the vineyard of Silenus.

It depicts two excited children hunting a frog, which is made of bronze.

They are carved from alabaster, in "pilgrim flask" form with oriental style handles to the shoulders.

They are bronze and gilt bronze in the form of winged cherubs holding aloft bouquets of lilies and carnations and take five candles apiece.
