Edwardian Revolving Bookcase

This very smart revolver in Edwardian, C.1890. It is mahogany, inlaid with satinwood and has what is known as a "metal action" base, which gives it a very smooth turning movement.

Inlaid Edwardian Commode

This mahogany commode is English, C.1890. Two doors beneath two drawers are decorated with fine marquetry, delicately penned. The top and sides are similarly decorated, and it stands on spade feet.

Vernis Martin Cabinet

This Vernis Martin cabinet, so called because of the paintings that decorate the lower panels, was made in France towards the end of 19th century.

Credenza

This walnut credenza with three glazed doors is Victorian, C.1860. It has a "butterfly" veneered top of serpentine form and is mounted throughout in ormolu, still with its original gilding.

Edwardian Side Cabinet

This side cabinet or commode is English, C.1890. It is made of mahogany with satinwood inlay and has a single central door.
