This splendid example of a Napoleon III cave-a-licqueur is French, C.1860.
It is quarter-veneered throughout in kingwood, with ormolu mounts and painted porcelain plaques to the top and front.

This very unusual and striking licqueur set is French, from the end of the 19th century.
